Would Obama really give Hillary the Secretary of State job?

Did Obama offer Hillary the Sec.State job solely to “find out” that he “can’t” give it to her because her husband is a walking scandal machine?  He gets to pretend that he wanted her while other elements in the party trash her up one side and down the other?

In other words, is this all a double-bluff in order to remind everyone that Hillary comes with Bill, Bill is bad news and ultimately eliminate her power in the party?

*UPDATE*

...and will it work?  Are the Clintons well and truly over?

Wouldn’t be surprised. Obama and his surrogates have engaged in so much thuggery and underhanded actions over the election, attempting to completely damage Hillary now that he no longer needs her wouldn’t be surprising.

It seems kinda funny that he’d try to end the Clintons when he’s so busy trying to be Bill’s third term.

Not that I doubt he’d like to do it, I just appreciate the irony.

duhhhh I voted for change!!!!!

52% of our voting public never asked this thug to finish his sentence and ran out and voted for him. Change is an all clinton administration?

And FUCKING McLame...He can’t figure out that if he gives up his seat the libs will get the 60th seat? Anyone who believes this “now we can get along crap” is a moron.

“Detroit needs to start making cars people want” has been decoded. It means we will subsidize detroit if they make little green piss ass weak cars that NO ONE will buy. So let’s see, what things are under direct assualt? Guns, SUV, the 1st amendment for talk radio, food for the plants (CO2)our incomes and the defense of our country.

I was wrong when I thought this was J. Carters 2nd term. This is 100% Hugo Chavez’s 1st term as US president. If they get 60 “special powers” are on the way.

It looks like the King was right. Maybe we can’t govern ourselves!

Actually from what I’ve heard concerning Arizona law: While the governor does get to choose McCain’s replacement he is required to choose from the choices presented to him by State GOP.  So honestly if McCain were to give up his seat it has potential to be better because he’s such a backstabber to Republicans he’s the likely vote to break any filibuster attempts.

That’s also another one of the biggest loads of shit out there.  Since they essentially do make cars that people want to buy.  The problem is that they don’t make any money on the cars they sell.  Even if people will buy their little green cars, it won’t help.  They’ll still lose the money.

Yes they will lose money because there is no way the Dems will ever force the unions to give up.

Oh and I almost forgot. They are talking about public works projects like in the depression. What is the one difference between now and then? The unoins didn’t own every public works project. Card Check plus huge public works projects will swell the ranks of the unions like never before. That would be fine if the unions weren’t just as corrupt as the Congress.

BTW, GM grounded some private jets right? Anyone hear any screaming about the AFL-CIO’s private jets? Didn’t think so.
