Anti-war protesters: lying pack of opportunists

It seems not everyone in San Francisco is a peace-loving hippy freak.

San Francisco arson investigators removed 12 Molotov-type cocktails on Friday from a backpack discovered by a groundskeeper cleaning up debris left by anti-war protesters in a downtown alley way.

The investigators carefully removed the homemade devices—consisting of old liquor bottles filled with gasoline and having a wick—and fingerprinted them. Police said the site where the devices were found was an area near 11th and Howard that had been traversed several times by a rather violent group demonstrators during Thursday’s protests.

Police said they had obtained a security videotape showing two men throwing the backpack into bushes in the alley. They have given officers on the street photos of the two men and are hopeful they will be found in the crowds of protesters gathering on San Francisco’s streets Friday night.

Yeah.

As it seems to happen so often lately, I don’t find myself with much to add.  The story speaks for itself.  The peace movement that is getting such a ridiculous amount of press is full of these people.  More and more of this stuff will be discovered, trust me.  And one of these days the “peaceniks” will kill someone.

Know any other useless protest group that fits that bill?  That’s right, radical anti-abortionists.  Save a life by committing premeditated, illegal murder.  Makes sense...in Bizarro world.

Daschle lashes out at Bush for ‘failed’ diplomacy

Seems like Daschle has misunderstood this whole “use of force” concept.

“I’m saddened,” Daschle, D-South Dakota, said in a speech to the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. “Saddened that this president failed so miserably at diplomacy that we’re now forced to war. Saddened that we have to give up one life because this president couldn’t create the kind of diplomatic effort that was so critical for our country. But we will work, and we will do all we can to get through this crisis like we’ve gotten through so many.”

Umm…

Were we trying diplomacy?  I was pretty sure we stood up and decided to enforce a U.N. resolution that no one else had the stones to enforce.  In fact, it was an ultimatum.  That wasn’t diplomacy, Tom...so precisely how did Bush fail?  He never played the game you’re claiming he lost.

In October, Congress passed a resolution authorizing the use of force, if necessary, against Iraq. Daschle was one of those who voted for it.

Yeah...He voted for it when the Dems needed to look strong.  Now he’s going against that vote.

I think we all know what Daschle is.  It begins with an “h” and ends with “ypocrite.”

In the vernacular of the cyberhip…

This mp3 is classic, and you should download it now.  Right-click and save as (CTRL click for you Mac users).

Basically, this woman, an anti-war protester, was on a radio talk show, and an Iraqi immigrant called in and made her look foolish.  Like the story below, this is the kind of thing that needs to get attention.  Who knows better than an Iraqi what is going on in Iraq?  Who better to listen to than the people that protesters claim they care about?

Give it a listen. I scanned it with Norton 2003 Antivirus, in case you’re worried about strange files.

This is what war protesters never hear.

Why isn’t stuff like this fron-page news all over the world?  Why is it that when a small but vocal group of protesters make a stink, the entire universe stops to read 43 versions of the exact same story, but here we have a guy weho was there, who suffered at the hands of Saddam, and his story is buried.  I had to run across it by accident.

“A bomb fell here - in this small area, between 250 and 300 people died. In my own family my mother, brother and two of my sisters died. In all, I lost 35 relatives.

...

“I don’t think anyone in Iraq likes Saddam Hussein. Everyone will be happy if he’s overthrown.”

Enough said, no?  Everyone will be happy if he’s overthrown.

Can’t wait to see these war protesters put that on a sign.

Not exactly a polite entry

Immediate popular reaction in Baghdad on Saturday to the loss of the U.S. space shuttle Columbia and its seven-member crew—including the first Israeli in space—was that it was God’s retribution.

“We are happy that it broke up,” government employee Abdul Jabbar al-Quraishi said.

“God wants to show that his might is greater than the Americans. They have encroached on our country. God is avenging us,” he said.

Yeah?  Well fuck you, you polesmoking fucking piece of shit.  I hope the first smart bomb goes right up your ass.  Get ready for death, fucker.  We’re coming and we’re fucking you up, and there’s not a god-damned thing you or anyone else can do about it, you cowardly maggot.

And now I want to beat the shit out of the peacenik movement, especially those Human Shield assholes.  *THAT* is who you’re protecting, you stupid fuck.  You don’t deserve the freedoms a Western culture provides, and I hope you die slowly so you can think about what an asshole you were before your useless life is over.
