‘Tis the season, so shut up
Question: WHEN DO THE POLITICIANS GO ON CHRISTMAS BREAK?
I may not be posting about much of it, but I *am* reading it all, and I am so well past fed up that if some crazy bastard rode through my town on a horse yelling that the revolution was on, I would probably frigging join him.

Votes in the Senate on the ridiculous 9000+ earmark bill that gutted the border fence and gave $10 million to “emergency” lawyers for illegal aliens and also wasted billions in taxpayer monies on other crap weren’t even close, so your theory is flawed Drumwaster.

Well, I’m talking about the Presidential campaigning and you’re talking about the Congressional corruption in “the most ethical Congress evah"…
Apples and Oranges.

I blame Jim Ryan.
Who?
Former Senator from the great State of Illinois with a penchant for sex in public places. (I can’t really blame him, considering...)
But that scandal yanked him out of the race for Senator against a relative nobody from the Illinois State Senate - Barack Hussein somebodyorother, and the best that the GOP could come up with in a hurry was carpetbagger Alan Keyes.
That put Osa… er, Obama into the US Senate and onto the national stage. The possibility that even Democrats could get sick of Hillary gave him an audience, and with that came some people who said, “you could be President”. And since B. Hussein Obama has had that secret ambition since kindergarten, we now have a race between two people who have fewer combined years of experience in the Senate than your average surgeon spends in college.
That makes for a long drawn-out race that already gets started earlier and earlier every cycle.
This race has been going on for several months now, and we’re not even to our first State caucus yet. The election is set for ten months after THAT!
If Jim Ryan could have kept his kinks quiet, Obama would have been roundly spanked by a strong incumbent and gone back to scamming State contractors and business owners out of kickbacks.
