The rest of the tattoo is beautiful. Some tetracycline might heal up those ass sores.

I don’t think they are “sores” of any kind, but rather they were drawn in such a way as to imply a three dimensionality.
Not that I’m looking that close at another man’s ass, mind.

I highly doubt that’s a tattoo, actually.
I’ve done my fair share of body-painting in the past. This is what it seems to be.
And as for the chick… eh. I can’t get past the
artist’s mistakes in scale, personally.
(Eyes are slightly too big, head is a bit too large for the size and position of the breasts, etc.)
But, to each their own.
