The Shield
I can’t stop thinking about the season six premiere, and that was on Tuesday night. Now THAT’s a friggin’ television show. You absolutely have to watch it from the beginning to understand the emotional impact of what is happening now, so get thee to Amazon or Blockbuster or Netflix or your favorite torrent site and start at 1x01, where you will be introduced to a man you know is a bad person because he shoots his own partner in the face. That’s how you meet Vic Mackey. That’s your “Hello, my name is Vic, nice to meet you” moment. He shoots his partner - a fellow cop - in the frigging face.
And you will end up rooting for Vic every step of the way.
