Rock Star: Supernova - Week 11 Reality

This week's reality show didn't really contain much to discuss. It kind of feels like the air was let out of the show now that Storm is gone and everyone is saying Lukas for the win. The Rockers toasted Storm, Magni got cakefaced in a cute moment, Toby got his new ride from Migs (from season 1). Later, the Rockers went into the trophy room and found pictures of themselves on the walls among all the memorabilia. The images really did capture most of them perfectly...except Dilana, who hasn't been that cool, good-kind-of-crazy performer since like week 2. Her picture should have been her stabbing the rest of the house in the back with a piece of jagged glass.
They all marveled at how Lukas made that face in his photo. So did I. It really didn't seem human.
Song selection - they were given every song ever performed on the show plus four new ones. Dilana immediately jumped on Comfortably Numb even though she didn't frigging know it at first (Lukas had to sing it to her). He wanted to do it and he would have killed on it, but she whined long enough that he just gave up and took another Coldplay song, Fix You. In classic bitch style, Dilana decided not to do Comfortably Numb after Lukas was settled with Fix You.
Anyone but Dilana. That's what I'm saying. If she wins, I'm going to beat Tommy Lee to death with his own cock.
The show ends with rehearsals and Paul from the House Band makes his point again that Dilana is re-arranging a classic that she barely knows. Little Miss Thing informs us all that if we don't like her arrangement of Roxanne we need our hearing checked. I'll be fair, if it's good I'll say so. In the rehearsal footage, her vocal sounded great. I'm not sure what the arrangement is since they really didn't show much of it, but her vocal was great. If she was REALLY smart and courageous, she'd slow it down and sing the whole thing acapella under a spotlight. Do to it what Storm did to her cover of Hopelessly Devoted to You. Turn it into a stalker song, but sing it sweetly with a smoldering quiet intensity and only get raw toward the end. It could totally work. Alas, she's doing something else, and we'll have to wait and see.
I don't have faith.
After rehearsals, another half-naked pool party, but without Storm, I'm not interested. ;) Toby gets the zinger award for his comment to Dilana - "I can see your tits." "I can see yours" "No, I'm surprised cuz, I didn't think you were a girl." We fade out on Lukas snoring his face off, still wearing his makeup. Gotta love a true diva. :)
