Painkiller Jane - can it be this bad?
I have never see a show savaged so much by critics. Especially the people at TV Squad, who usually couch a bad review in some manner of politeness. Not this show, no sir...Richard Keller lets SciFi’s Painkiller Jane have it with both barrels. Since it aired, he came back for a second round.
See, now I have to download it. If it’s that horrible, I just feel compelled to watch. I call it the CSI Miami curse...only I’ve had it since I was a kid. I used to watch The Love Boat on purpose. Plus, Kristanna Loken...hot. How bad can it be?

Technorati: Painkiller Jane SciFi

Just finished watching PKJ, and over all I would have to say its...okay. Nothing exciting, the characters are just incredibly unrealized, and I’m not totally sold on Ms. Loken’s character. Don’t wanna give to much away, but the plot is just every retread Sci Fi Tv show from the last decade, and some of those did this much better (Earth: Final Conflict for example). I’m giving it a couple of more episodes, and if it doesn’t really pick up, it will be voted off the Tivo.
As they say on X-Play, a 3 out of 5.
