Molecular Gastronomy sucks. Period.
Today’s Achewood precisely sums up my feelings on molecular gastronomy. I think it’s the worst thing to happen to food since Scotland.

I don’t get it. I just know I’m suddenly craving sushi.
Of course, I’m usually craving sushi, so it’s not that big a deal.
