Fuzzy
I really want to post more, I swear, but since I got the new mask for my BiPAP machine, I’ve been getting about 4-6 hours of actual sleep and I feel...fuzzy. Weirdly disconnected from reality. I feel hot without a fever and my face is flushed 24/7. Apparently this is not an uncommon reaction for someone who is chronically sleep-deprived - or rather, oxygen-deprived during sleep.
Today I just feel exhausted and like I want to crawl in a big soft bed where no one blows huge volumes of pressurized air at my face.

Absolutely. Of course I can’t exercise until I do a few months of physical therapy on this back and knee, and they keep dicking me around on getting on the schedule. 5 weeks I’ve been trying to get them to schedule me…

Jim, I’m telling you...email me about dieting. Or send me your number and I’ll give you a call. I’ve lost 25 lbs in the last 47 days.

Have they bitched at you to lose weight yet?
