Jericho? You fucking assholes cancelled Jericho? On that cliffhanger?
That’s it. No more new one hour shows for me from ANY network. From now on I only watch a dramatic series after the first season is over or when it’s announced that they are picked up for two. Fuckers. They actually said Jericho was going to be picked up a few months ago. How on earth is anyone supposed to get behind a serial drama when networks just keep pulling them? And GOD-DAMMIT enough with the procedurals and reality TV already.
At least The Unit is sticking around. Dennis Haysbert should be the real president and a SEAL team leader. And we get another year f How I Met Your Mother. Neil Patrick Harris will go down in history for the awesomeness that is Barney. Frigging Doogie Howser turned out to be a brilliant actor. Who knew?

Too much soap opera, not enough substance and development of plot.
Yeah, I still watched. Why? Because there’s nothing else on. But I was really getting fed up with all the patty cake bullshit.
They should have got the war on all season. Then they wouldn’t have lost their f’n jobs.
Stupid writers.

I still remember the first episode of The Unit.
“You, you, and you - panic. The rest of you, come with me.”

I remember the episode when they went to the trading post for the first time, and the “news” board had up the stories about fights outside Chicago, and rival governments, and all that. I thought, “Why aren’t we watching that show instead of post-nuke Picket Fences?”

very very very sad about Jericho :(
the thing i hate about networks is that they have no respect for the people who put a whole damn year into a show. look, if it’s not performing, fine. cancel. i understand you’re running a business that requires viewership to get dollars, and that you have no damn patience to allow people to find the show after just one season. but give us the fucking courtesy of a wrap up episode, dammit!
i’ll never forgive fox for John Doe’s final episode :P
but, i loved that fox gave a wrap up episode of Freaky Links.
regarding canceling shows for lack of ratings, i go back to my comments a while ago about tv seasons. it’s so hard to figure out when shows are even on these days. the new/rerun schedule has no predictability, and then there are the midseason shows, but everyone has different midseasons. they (meaning network tv in general) just need a damn overhaul to get their shit in order.

The final new drama entry in the fall lineup is Moonlight. Yes, it’s another procedural, but with a very un-CBS twist: The series chronicles the day-to-day goings-on of an investigator...a vampire investigator.
Produced by big-screen mastermind Joel Silver, Moonlight revolves around a supernatural private eye who uses his vampire senses to solve crimes and help, rather than drink dry, humans, all while dealing with the problematic intricacies—particularly relationship-wise—of being undead. The show is set to premiere on Friday nights after the complementary Ghost Whisperer.

Hmmm… I don’t know. Let me see…
“Angel”
Why, yes! Yes, I can! Thanks for asking. :-)

Numb3ers and CSI occasionally. How has King of Queens lasted this long? These stupid hot chick/baffoon fat hubby sitcoms do nothing for me.
Cable!!!! USA, Sci Fi, FX, Spike, WGN! Eureka, Psych, House reruns, CSI reruns, Scrubs reruns. The rabbit ear networks are going to keep pandering to the lowest common denominator, so don’t expect anything smart too last very long.
